An ACHIEVE Nurse Coordinator is a member of the ACHIEVE study team that assumes a lead role in preparing for and facilitating ACHIEVE’s Implementation Strategy with participating clinics through the planning and facilitation of coaching sessions with clinics’ implementation teams, trainings with clinics’ care teams, and simultations with clinics’ care teams.
