An adaptation to the Alliance for Innovation in Maternal Health’s (AIM) Severe Hypertension in Pregnancy patient safety bundle, (HTN bundle)which is known to be effective in inpatient settings, for the outpatient setting. O-HTN includes the same care components but the ACHIEVE team has identified implementation strategies that aim to make the adoption and sustainment of the bundle feasible for outpatient clinics.
