Our Patient Education Reel gives a quick overview on recognizing the differences between three blood pressure zones: green, yellow, and red. This video goes over signs and symptoms of each zone and identifies when action is required for your health and safety.

Our Respectful Care video is an integral tool for providers to understand how to provide respectful respectful care to all patients, and it may also help patients with self-advocacy. Using feedback from community members, we have tailored this video to describe what is and isn't respectful from clinical staff.

Published in 2020 by the New York Times, this guide provides practical strategies and language use in conversations with care providers. Authors aimed to inform Black pregnant patients of risks they could encounter and how to prepare for them. It also provides guidance for care providers' actions.
