Community Engagement Core led workshops that engage community members to review prenatal and postpartum patient education on hypertension. Through these workshops, ACHIEVE’s’ team learns more about the best ways to disseminate information to a particular community to ensure relevancy and accessibility to its members. This element was utilized during Phase I of the study to inform patient education materials that would then be shared with clinics and again following Phase I to inform adaptations made to materials used in Phase II.
